A guest holding a drink in a dark room should never have to read instructions. So there aren't any.

    They tap

    The screen shows your name and two words. One plain sentence says a photo is about to happen and that they choose how to get it. That sentence is the first of two consents, and we keep it word for word.

    They smile

    Three, two, one. They see the picture and pick Keep or Retake. Three retakes, then it is a keeper, so the queue never stalls behind one perfectionist.

    They scan

    A code on the screen opens their photo on their own phone, with a Save button. No app, no account, and nothing to type on the booth. You choose whether the photo shows straight away or waits for a number or an email.

Then the screen wipes itself. The next guest never sees the last one.

Everyone sells the photos.
Nobody hands you the list.

On their own phone, after the photo is already theirs, a guest sees one unchecked box: can this venue text or email them about what is on. Tick it and they are yours. Leave it and they still keep the photo.

You get a file, not a dashboard. Who said yes, the exact sentence they read, and the minute they read it. Open it in a spreadsheet, hand it to whatever you already send email with, or let us send for you.

We checked every competitor's pricing page on 13 September 2026. Not one of them reduces what a venue pays based on what the booth earns. The only vendor that touches guest money takes a cut of it.

Works with the wifi off

Photos are held on the device and sent the moment the wifi is back, in order, without anyone touching it. The guest's link starts working the second it lands.

Says what is true

If a photo has not gone out yet, the screen says so in words a guest understands. It never shows a tick for something that did not happen.

Resets itself

Forty-five seconds with nobody there and it wipes the screen and starts fresh. Two guests in a row cannot see each other's photos.

Questions we get asked.

What does it actually cost?

Just me is free. For a business, Starter is free: a booth on your own iPad, QR codes for stops and events, your own logo and place name on the strip, and prints for your guests. A QR card and frame can go on a wall, by the counter or at your front door. Pro is $10/mo, month to month: your guest list and its download, holding the photo for a number or email, a gallery for your website and more than one booth. It is lower if we already run your website, and lower again once your booth is earning against it. The cabinet and the tablet are quoted once, separately, and they are yours.

Do I need to buy the cabinet from you?

No. The app runs on a tablet on any stand you like. The wall cabinet is what we would build you: plywood, painted your colour, your name on the panel, soft light either side of the screen, locked with a key, one outlet. The first one has not been built yet. Get in line and we tell you when orders open.

Who owns the guests?

You do. They are your venue's contacts, recorded with the sentence each person agreed to and the time they agreed to it, and you can download the lot any day, including the day you cancel. We do not market to them, and we do not sell or share them.

What happens when the wifi goes down mid-service?

Nothing visible. The booth keeps taking photos and holds them on the device. Guests still get a code, and the page behind it tells them honestly that it is on its way. Everything sends itself when the wifi is back, oldest first.

Does a guest have to give an email to get their photo?

Only if you want them to. The photo is always free, and you choose whether it shows straight away or waits for a number or an email on their own phone. That number or email carries the photo and nothing else. The box for hearing from you starts unchecked, and leaving it empty never holds up the photo.

How far along is this, honestly?

You can sign up and run it today: the booth, the offline queue, the code, the photo page, the two consents, a text or an email with the guest's link, the keepsakes, and your own page with the guest list to download. The credit against your bill comes next. Nothing has run in a real venue yet.
