Terms

Last updated 2026-10-15 (October 15, 2026) · version terms-2026-10-15.3

Keepbooth is a photo booth on an iPad, a phone or a laptop. You take a strip, it comes to your phone, and it is yours. These terms say how that works, in plain words.

Your photos stay yours. Using Keepbooth does not give Keepbooth, the place you took the photo, FortList or anyone else a right to use your photo for their own purposes. Keepbooth uses it only to run the service for you. Anything more is a separate choice you make on your own photo page, one strip at a time, and you can take it back there.

1. Who we are

Keepbooth is run by Teneo Publishing LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and made in Fort Collins, Colorado. Mailing address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Email: privacy@keepbooth.com. In these terms, “we” means Teneo Publishing LLC.

2. What Keepbooth does with your strip

To run the service, and only for that, Keepbooth:

  • stores the strip and shows it to you on its own private page;
  • sends it to the number or email you give, when you ask;
  • prints and ships it as a keepsake, when you order one;
  • keeps it in your own strips, when you tap Keep or use a personal account.

Each photo page shows the date the strip is kept until. After that it is deleted. Save the ones you want.

3. Everything else is your choice, one strip at a time

Some places offer more. Each is its own choice, with its own words, saved with the time you made it:

  • letting the shop share that strip on its social media;
  • on a FortList hunt stop, tapping “Check in & share”: the stop and The Fort List may use that strip in the hunt recap, on social media and in Ice Cream Magazine (only if everyone in it is 18 or older);
  • showing that strip on the venue's own website (21 and over only);
  • showing that strip on its own public Keepbooth page (18 and over only);
  • entering it in a costume contest at a family stop (at a 21+ stop every strip is entered and judged privately);
  • showing a costume contest entry on FortList (21 and over only).

When you let a shop share a strip, it may post it with a light touch-up: the light, colour and sharpness evened out, the best shot picked, and its name and colours around it. Nothing about who is in the photo is changed, nothing is added or removed, and it is still your strip, under the same choice you can take back.

One more, said on the Keep card before you tap it: a strip you keep from a 21+ venue shows on the Keepbooth map unless you hide it. Strips from family venues never do.

Not choosing never costs you your photo. You can take any of these back from the same page; it stops on the next view. A copy someone already saved or posted, or a magazine already printed, can't be pulled back by Keepbooth.

4. Other people in your photos

Take strips of people who are happy to be in them. When a choice says everyone in a strip is 18 or older, or 21 or older, only make it if that is true for everyone in the picture. If you are not sure, leave it off.

5. Children

A personal Keepbooth account, keeping strips and pinning a location are for people 13 or older. A strip with anyone under 18 in it never goes to FortList or a public Keepbooth page. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a strip of their child: write to privacy@keepbooth.com with the photo's link.

6. Places that run a booth

A venue or event that runs Keepbooth sees only what the Privacy notice says it sees. The venue's own list holds only the people who ticked to hear from it, with the words they agreed to, and it may use that list only for what those words say.

7. Keepsakes and orders

Keepsakes are priced on the page before you pay. Payment runs through Stripe for Teneo Publishing LLC, and the item is printed and shipped by our print partner. If something is wrong with an order, write to privacy@keepbooth.com.

8. Accounts

You can delete a personal account, and every strip in it, from My strips at any time. Venue owners sign in to manage their own booths only.

9. Fair use

Don't use Keepbooth to break the law, to harass anyone, or to get at photos, contacts or systems that are not yours. We may remove a photo or close an account that does.

10. The service

We work to keep Keepbooth running and your strips safe, but it is offered as it is: a strip can fail to upload, a page can be down for a while, and photos are deleted on the date shown. Keep a copy of anything you love. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a lost strip or for indirect losses; nothing here limits a right the law says can't be limited.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, where Teneo Publishing LLC is organized. If you live in Colorado or anywhere else in the United States, you keep every right your own state's law gives you. Before anything formal, write to privacy@keepbooth.com and we will try to sort it out within 30 days.

12. Changes

When these terms change, we post the new version on this page with its date and version, and it applies from that date. A change never reaches back: a choice you made keeps the exact words you agreed to, whatever this page says later.

13. How to reach us

Email privacy@keepbooth.com, or write to Teneo Publishing LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. A person reads every message. You can also write to us from any photo page: under “How was it?” at the bottom, tap the thumbs down and write what you need; it tells us which photo you mean.
